Perception is a significant contributor to how people judge others.

Bullies have certain attitudes and behaviours in common. They show the need for power and control and blame others who are seen as weaker than themselves. Bullies require more self-regulation and positive coping skills. Bullies cannot take the point of view of others and lack empathy.
